"To the general manager. I'am a general manger my self and I would say you have an awesome staff. I bought a new 2012 CVO street glide yesterday November 2, 2011. This is the second bike I bought from your dealership and will be back in the future for more bikes. I have bought 8 new bikes in the past five years and the customer service I have recieved has been five star. I have been in the market for a CVO street glide all year and Dan in sales wrote my name down a couple of months ago and said he would call me as soon as your dealership recieved one. Sure enough he keep his word and called me yesterday. I called back to my normal salesman I deal with Brian Leblanc and he got my finance and the numbers I wanted on my two trade ins. Brians profesonalism and great customer service is why we come back. He had us in and out in less than an hour and I was driving my new CVO street glide back to Conroe Texas. I have several dealerships around our house but will never buy a bike from them. Thank you again for your staff!!!! And their customer service. We will be Cowboy Harley in Beaumont customers for life. "

"I live in Port Allen Louisiana and had found a police bike in Dallas. My son and I left La. one evening, went to sleep at 3am, woke up at 7am. I started playing on the i-phone and found a better deal at Cowboy. I called and talked to Wayne on the way to this bike shop in Dallas and said "hey I'm up here fixin to buy, make me a deal". Made it to Beaumont at 4pm, did the deal but I couldn't leave with it because it still had the cop lights on it. They gave me a $50.00 gift certificate for the grief. End of story, great buying experience. No wait there is more, I went home and rode Bit%* with a friend (something I'm not proud of but comical) just to pick that bad boy up. Also the Cowboy brand looks awesome on a Harley t-shirt......Thanks for everything Cowboy Harley Davidson!"
